What is Life Coaching?

Coaching is a process in which I partner with a client to provide thought-provoking questions that allow them to gain clarity on any situation and inspire them to take positive action. Life Coaching is more focused on helping unlock their own potential.

You don’t need to be necessarily struggling to go to a coach. The world’s leading executives, professionals, and leaders hire coaches to stay accountable to their goals, overcome fears, release blocks and limiting beliefs that are slowing them down…

To sum up, coaching is very much focused on what you want for the future, rather than where you come from. It’s present-future.

What is holistic coaching?

The idea of holistic coaching is that it helps people go from processing, to integrating, to healing, to transforming, and to embodying wholeness within themselves.

The focus is on the inner work and inner healing – the work is from the inside out.

The belief is that everything is connected – mind, body, soul, and emotions are interrelated and have a relationship with one another.

It emphasizes empathy, compassion, kindness, gentleness, and love for the self and others.The goal is to create overall well-being and balance for more fulfillment in all areas of your life.

It provides optimal functioning within ourselves by developing skills, capabilities and resilience – this is based on the concept of health and overall life-satisfaction should be defined as the presence of health, rather than the absence of the illness.
